Notice
Advance reservations are recommended so we can reserve the proper equipment for your event. Next day service is available pending availability.
Payment
Currently we only accept check, money order, or Paypal due before the delivery date.
**Returned checks will be charged a $30.00 NSF fee and must be paid with another form of payment before delivery will be made.Non-Residential
We will deliver to properties such as businesses, or apartment buildings as long as there is a grassy area large enough to accommodate the display. We also need permission from the business owner / manager so please check ahead and have the individual's name and contact information ready before reserving.

Set-Up / Pick-Up
Displays are set up between the hours of 12AM - 6AM. And picked up around sundown but no later than noon on the following day. Other times can be arranged if necessary, just notify us well in advance. It is not necessary for anyone to be home during set-up or pick-up times. We will deliver any day of the week, except major holidays, or in cases of severe weather when our employees or displays could experience harm. In this case, we will contact the sender to arrange an alternate delivery date, or refund.
Refund Policy
If cancellation is made prior to one full week of your rental a full refund will be issued, when shorter notice is given, a $20 cancellation fee will be incurred. Refunds will not be given for the following reasons: We are given the incorrect address; The recipient/property owner or Police Officer/Security Guard prevents us from setting up the display, or requests it to be removed before the rental period expires; Any other circumstances beyond our control that prevent us from delivering and setting up the display.
**These displays are for decorative purposes only. We encourage you to pose with the display for photographs, but do so carefully, the items are not toys and should not be moved by anyone other than AMGreetings.
